Trash Collection Guidelines

(guidelines may vary by between communities)

 
 

Step 1

Place your trash inside of your personal or provided container, which should be lined with an appropriately sized (13-gallon) trash bag. Once your container is full, please tie your trash bag neatly and prepare for collection. Any overfilled trash bags or pet waste should be double-bagged.

 
 

Step 2

Place your trash container and/or recyclable material outside of your unit on any designated night of service between the hours of 6:00PM and 8:00PM. Please make sure that all trash bags are tied prior to pick up. Your valet trash service team will arrive any time after 8:00PM (community guidelines may dictate a limit of two trash bags per unit).

 
 

Step 3 3

Once your Waste-X valet technicians have removed your trash bags and/or recyclable material from your container, please return your empty container back inside before 9:00AM the following morning.

Bulk Items

 

Our nightly service team does not collect bulk items. If you’d like to have bulk furniture hauled off for you, please reach out to your community manager and we’ll be happy to schedule a time to come out and haul off your unwanted junk.

 

Boxes

 

Please do your best to break down all cardboard boxes. It helps our service team if your waste and recyclable material is as organized as possible.

 

Pet Waste

 

All pet waste must be double-bagged inside of two 13-gallon trash bags. This greatly reduces the possibility of pet waste to spill out from all types of trash bags.
