What Makes Waste-X Different?

 

1. Leak-proof bags (Garden Style) and Gondolas (mid-rise) used to transport all waste through hallways and elevators to avoid leaks and stains. 

2. When necessary, time-stamped lease violations will be sent to the manager and any additional staff requested by 9:00AM the following morning. Community guidelines are determined by management prior to the first day of service. 

3. No bag limitsIn the event that a resident places an excessive amount of waste outside of their unit, our technicians will take a time-stamped photo detailing the violation and clear all items from the resident’s unit. Management will be notified by the following morning and can handle the situation in any way they see fit. 

4. We collect all cardboard boxes that are discarded by residents, whether they’re broken down or not. 

5. Ensuring that all resident and lower-level trash chute rooms are left clean and free of  debris. This includes making sure compactor hoppers are completely cleared before leaving the community. 

6. Clearing of all recycle, trash, and bulk furniture items from the chute rooms each day and night that we service your community. 

7. Sweeping and mopping of all resident chute rooms to keep them looking and smelling great. 

8. Staging and returning roll out dumpsters each pick up day. We will coordinate with the trash pick up company to ensure proper timeliness of staging on dumpster pick up days. Once the trash is picked up, we’ll return the dumpsters to the compactors. 

9. Area managers will walk the property each week and visit with the staff to ensure an ongoing high level of service. Management will have access to ownership via text, email, or phone call 24 hours a day. 

10. No lock-down contracts. We believe that you should never be legally bound to a relationship that you’re unhappy with. Because of this, all contracts come standard with a thirty day out clause. Since our inception we’ve never lost a client, but if you’re unhappy with our service, you can terminate the agreement at any time. 

11. We provide at least 10 different personal client references with all of our bids that we submit. It’s easy to say you’ll provide great service, but the true test of quality is determined by high levels of service over long periods of time.
